Information

Fees & payment

Transparent pricing — you pay only when we successfully recover money for you.

About 15% lower success fee on average than other claim companies

Our success fee is 20% of compensation actually recovered (no win, no fee). Many UK flight compensation services publish rates around 30–35%; on average, our 20% rate is about 15 percentage points lower — so you keep more when we win.

Comparison is illustrative, based on publicly advertised success fees from other UK claim services at the time of writing. Competitor pricing varies by case and channel; not a guarantee that every alternative will charge more.

No win, no fee

If we do not recover compensation, you do not pay our success fee. Any third-party costs (such as court fees if escalation is ever needed) will be explained upfront in your service agreement.

Success fee — 20%

Our success fee is 20% of the compensation amount actually received from the airline or other payer — not the preliminary estimates shown during a flight check or intake.

  • £220 recovered → £44 success fee
  • £350 recovered → £70 success fee
  • £520 recovered → £104 success fee

VAT treatment and final payment timing will be confirmed in the signed agreement after legal review.
